John Healy has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since he founded the Company in 1999. Prior to founding Healy Energy, Mr. Healy worked for Sonat Exploration as Engineering Manager (1998-1999) for the Offshore Gulf of Mexico Business Unit. Prior to Sonat, he worked for Mobil Oil Corporation in various engineering roles including Reservoir, Completions and Production. He began his career as a petroleum engineer with Mobil Oil Corporation as a Production Engineer. He graduated with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in 1984 and later earned an  M.B.A. from Tulane University.
